Darin Sparks completed a renovation of our existing house as well as an extension. Throughout the process he was extremely professional and accommodating. There were a number of times where we made last minute variations and nothing was too much trouble for Darin.

We found Darin Sparks Builders on Hi Pages in the beginning of 2020. It was a great find! Darin Sparks as the building manager for our new 2 storey office was exceptional!
Coordinating with all trades required - electricians, plumbers, painters etc, we have been left with a great new premises for our business. A helpful and relaxed attitude was always how Darin presented himself. His experience in building very evident with every situation handled smoothly. It was our first time using Hi Pages so we chose Darin on his star rating. He definitely is a five star service! His communication was great and he finished on time and on budget.
He renovated our leaking bathroom in our rental apartment and the end result was so much better than I expected. I let him chose the tiles and the finish was top notch! He'll be someone we'll use again in the future when needed.
